OK, so many of you guys didn’t like the Megan Fox dress that we featured the other week. We hope to make up for that. This time I’m sure you’ll agree that she looks fabulous in this red asymmetrical gown that she wore at the German premiere of the new Transformers movie Revenge of the Fallen.

The gown which reaches down to her ankles had a very high slit, reaching almost to her right hip. The open area at the waist with a silver snake accent on it just looks perfect so as not to make the dress look severe. I guess I don’t need to point out that it reveals her tiny waist.

Megan paired up the dress with Brian Atwood’s “Wagner” nude, open-toed high heels. She had her hair pulled back in a ponytail. And on her ears is a pair of pear-shaped drop earrings.

In a short interview at the premiere, Megan revealed that she didn’t work out before making the movie. It’s only now that she’s ditching junk foods and trying to have a healthier lifestyle.

The 2009 CFDA Fashion Awards came and went. But what transpired in what the world considers as the Oscars of the fashion industry?

Held on June 16 at the Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center in New York City, the Fashion Awards gave honor to the top designers. It was a very grand night from start to finish. As guests entered the hall, there were sixty models lined across the grand outdoor staircase, ready to greet all of them. All of these models were dressed in a creation by the nominees for the Womenswear Designer of the Year Award.

It was also a star-studded night. Celebrities were present to take part in the event. Comedian Tracey Ullman was the host of the event. Some celebrities like Diane Kruger, Jimmy Fallon, Kerry Washington, and Blake Lively were presenters of awards. All of them looked fabulous wearing the creations of famous designers. Lovely & pregnant Heidi Klum, Ashely Olsen, Kirsten Dunst and Claire Danes were also present.

First Lady Michelle Obama was also a part of the awards night. Although she could not make it live, she sent a taped message from the White House as she accepted the Board of Director’s Special Tribute Award. Mrs. Obama has contributed a lot to the fashion industry through her unique style.

The fragrance named In Bloom will find its way in store this fall.
Created in collaboration with Avon Products Inc. for which Reese has been a spokeswoman for the past 2 years, In Bloom is reported to be Avon’s biggest scent initiative for this year.

So, how does Reese like her new role as a perfumer? She’s finding it fun and exciting; however she also considers its creation as a great personal experience. In Bloom is a scent that captures the woman that Reese is today – strong, independent, happy, and at the same time sensual, romantic, and alluring. I think I like this fragrance because I see in it the perfect blend of sweetness and excitement.

In Bloom is the outcome of blending materials that depict Reese’s Southern roots. It’s made up of gardenia, magnolia, jasmine, and Georgia peach tea leaves.

When released, In Bloom will be available in a $34 1.7-oz. eau de parfum bottle and a $59 1-oz. limited edition concentrate.
There will also a shower gel, body mist, body lotion available for $15.
